Faith Erin Hicks’ debut YA novel “Comics Will Break Your Heart” pulls the covers back on the comic book world; fittingly its title is a quote by Jack Kirby, whose heart was probably broken by comics a thousand times.

I’m not sure what’s more surprising, that Shaggy got a book deal, or that he did an album of duets with Sting. Actually, the latter, since this link is about music publishing and not book publishing. (Who messed that one up? Because it wasn’t me.)

NPR’s review of Toni Morrison’s latest, which is actually 40+ years of essays.
