Ace is Why I Won't Go to Certain Concerts Anymore

Back in October, I shared some thoughts on the passing of KISS guitarist Ace Frehley for PopMatters.

He’s the reason I love music. He’s the reason I wrote a book. He’s also the reason I decided to stop seeing my favorite artists live.

I am grateful to him for all of it.
