Downing book deal announced

After posting yesterday about hard rock books, I saw an announcement about yet another new release. According to Blabbermouth, former Judas Priest guitarist K.K. Downing will release a memoir in September of this year. His co-author on the project is noted rock writer Mark Eglinton.

Downing was one of my favorite interviews for my book Power Chord. He’s a nice guy with a great story to tell. Eglinton is a good writer and a noted expert on the hard rock and heavy metal genre.

And so far, the Priest story hasn’t been exhausted in book form yet. So this is a title that I’ll definitely be interested in when it’s released.
