Super Bowl Books

So the Super Bowl is this weekend and I’m torn. I don’t really care for the Patriots so I would be tempted to root against them. Plus, Eli Manning went to Ole Miss and I remember when the Mannings used to pass through the Alumni House when I worked there. So I feel some obligations to support the Giants.

However, if the Patiorts win, then I’ll get to relish the thought of the 1972 Miami Dolphins embers of fame slowly dying out. It’ll be nice not to have to hear about those jealous coots each year a team goes 5-and-0.

So I’m unsure of who to cheer for in the big game. But here’s a question… does anyone know of a book that involves the Super Bowl in the plot?
