Slushpile on CNN!

Or, briefly displayed in the background at least…

While I was enjoying a cheeseburger with back and pepperjack cheese at my local Chammps franchise restaurant, this little ‘ole blog was making it’s bigtime debut. The eagle-eyed editor of Syntax of Things emailed me to state that during a James Frey conversation on Wolf Blitzer’s Situation Room, the main page of Slushpile.net was briefly displayed in the background.

If anyone out there has a Tivo file, a VHS tape, a Betamax thingie, or just a charcoal sketch of the segment, I’d love to hear from you. 

Since we were on there for less than 15 seconds, does that count for a small deduction from my sum total of 15 minutes of fame?
