Wickett in the New York Times

Dan Wickett, one of my colleagues in the The LitBlog Co-Op provided an engaging lede to an articleon book reviews in yesterday’s New York Times. The article pointed out that Dan wrote 95 book reviews last year, compiling almost half as many examinations as the entire Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Other LBCers such as The Elegant Variation, Syntax of Things, and Ed Champion’s Return of the Reluctant were also mentioned.

It’s an interesting article that examines the diminishing book coverage in major newspapers and the exploding area of book blogs.
