Porn Star Didn’t Write Novel

Juggernaut porn company Vivid Entertainment and Thunder’s Mouth Press teamed up to release a series of erotic novels featuring some of their contract girls. The novels were supposedly written by the performers and also feature the ladies as characters in the plot. One book in the series, Vamp, lists Savanna Samson as the author and her photo is featured on the cover. But she says she didn’t write the book.

In a recent interview with The Book Standard, the interviewer asks, “your name is on the cover. Doesn’t that confuse people?” Samson replies that “Yeah, I’m not happy about that—that wasn’t the deal. Even the Thunder’s Mouth website has me as the author. When I write a book, it will be my book. This is someone’s fantasy; it’s not my fantasy. I was paid to be a character in the book.”
